Come and learn the popular art of glass fusion in our relaxed Studio Gallery in Penarth. Half day workshops are kept to a maximum of 4 people and will allow you to learn the basic process of glass fusion.
The teaching area has been re-designed so that each student will be in their own light and airy screened work area. You will be able to see and talk to your friends and other students, but will be safely socially distanced. Your enjoyment of the day will not be compromised.
You will explore different decorative techniques using frit, stringers, inclusions and transfers. By the end of the session, you will be very proud of what you have achieved in a few hours. You will 2 projects, one fully fused and the other tack fused.
Your projects will need to be fired in a kiln at the end of the day, and can be picked up seven days after the course (Work can be sent but carriage charges would apply).
Please wear workshop appropriate clothing including enclosed footwear (No sandals or open toes).
