Contact & Communication
We collect and store the information you provide when you register with us, sign up to our newsletter, add courses, advertise with us, purchase gift vouchers, post reviews, make and respond to enquiries/messages to course providers, students or the CraftCourses team.
Any messages submitted for the attention of course providers are sent directly to them and we keep a copy, which can be seen as a full conversation thread in your account dashboard. This is done for the purpose of tutors being able to respond to messages, answer queries about a course and arrange course bookings. We do not automatically pass student's contact details on to course providers but may use them to follow up where required in exceptional circumstances. Anyone who has opted to will receive our newsletters which can be easily unsubscribed to at any time.
We keep your personal information until it is no longer required or has no use, as detailed in the Data Protection Act 1998.
Our email newsletter informs subscribers about our courses and services. You can subscribe here. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.
If you no longer wish to receive our email newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter or contact firstname.lastname@example.org at any time.
You may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website's email newsletter program. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please write to the business address on the contact page of this website.
Emails sent by this website or its owners may contain tracking facilities. Subscriber activity is tracked and stored in a database for future analysis and evaluation. Tracked activity may include the opening and forwarding of emails, the clicking of links within the email, and the times, dates and frequency of activity; note that this is not a comprehensive list. This information is used to refine future email campaigns and provide subscribers with more relevant content based around their activity.
