We collect and store the information you provide when you register with us, sign up to our newsletters, book or enquire about courses or products, purchase gift vouchers, post reviews or join us as a Maker.
Any messages submitted for the attention of makers are sent directly to them via our messaging system and we keep a copy, which can be seen as a full conversation thread. This is done for the purpose of makers and students being able to communicate easily and quickly. We do not automatically pass customer's contact details on to makers (or vice versa) but CraftCourses.com may use them to follow up where required in exceptional circumstances. Conversations conducted via our messaging system may be monitored for quality and compliance purposes, as well as the detection of spam or other inappropriate content.
Anyone who has opted to will receive either our Tutors & Makers or Students newsletters can easily unsubscribe at any time.
**We will never sell your data.**
If you make a booking with a maker we will share your contact information with them only once it has been accepted and confirmed.
We keep your personal information until it is no longer required or has no use, as detailed in the Data Protection Act 1998.
Our email newsletters informs subscribers about our courses, products and services. You can subscribe here if you are a student or in your account dashboard if you are a tutor/maker. Some subscriptions may be manually processed through prior written agreement with the user.
If you no longer wish to receive our email newsletter, you can use the unsubscribe link at the bottom at any time.
You may request a copy of personal information held about you by this website's email newsletter program. A small fee will be payable. If you would like a copy of the information held on you, please use the contact page of this website.
