The courses are held at Glass Quarter Designs, Studio 14 on the site of the Red House Glass cone, near Stourbridge in the heart of the Glass Quarter. You can spend some time looking around the site, glass blowing demonstrations are held weekend afternoons. There is also a coffee shop on site but tea and coffee will be provided.
Your pieces will need to fired over night, but will be available for collection a few days after the course. Or they can be posted for a small additional postage fee.
I really enjoyed this class. Jane is a great teacher and a lovely person. She makes you feel relaxed and the environment is creative and comfortable. I was so pleased with how much I learnt, especially since I'm a complete novice! I can't believe I made my coasters and neither do my friends when they pop round for a brew and use them!
