This festive class will introduce you to the ancient art of stained glass using the tiffany method to make your own original glass decoration. The tiffany method is the ideal technique for making small decorative glass items where copper foil tape and solder are used to join pieces of glass together. There will be a selection of set designs and a range of beautiful sheet glass of varying colours & textures to choose from. You will learn to cut & shape glass to a simple pattern, apply copper foil tape, solder the pieces together and create wire hanging hooks so your decorations are ready for display.
If you want to continue creating copper foil pieces, you can take part in one of our Creative Glass sessions once you have completed this workshop.
