This course is a full day introduction to Stained Glass. We cover all basic topics of the copper foil technique. Whether you'd like to learn a new hobby, looking to start a business or just a fun day with a friend, we will get you started in this popular craft. The duration of the workshop will be approx 6 hours with a maximum of 4 people per class. Each student will leave with a beautiful completed Suncatcher. We will cover: * Safety and how to use equipment. * Designing and drawing a pattern. * Cutting and grinding stained glass. * Copper Foiling. * Soldering. * Polishing and finishing piece. There will be a selection of design ideas to choose from which include basic shapes to include cutting straight lines and curves. Some classes can be season themed. I will update with design ideas. The workshop takes place in a first floor studio close to the heart of Liverpool City Centre. We will be breaking for lunch around 1pm-1.30. Tea, coffee and snacks will be provided, but students will need to provide their own lunch. Students are required to wear closed shoes and casual clothing.

What's included in the price?

All equipment will be provided to use including stained glass, cutting, foiling and soldering tools. Each student will be provided with PPE such as gloves, eye protection and aprons.
