Make your own colourful, glass bunting to Celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee
This workshop introduces the ancient art of stained glass using the Tiffany method.
This technique is ideal for making small decorative glass items where copper foil tape and solder are used to join pieces of glass together.
There will be a range of beautiful sheet glass in suitable patriotic colours to choose from!
You will learn to cut & shape glass, apply copper foil tape, solder pieces together and affix hooks ready to hang your completed bunting.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
You will make up to 5 bunting flags in this workshop.
Suitable for beginners, as well as those with some experience.
All materials and tools provided.
Please wear close-toed shoes.
NOTE: The class involves working with lead solder so is not advisable for pregnant or breast-feeding women.

Louise was great, plus Emma gave extra help.
The glass materials available provided a wide range of colours.
The piece of glass we had to practice on, was a bit thick - I found I couldn't do anything right till I chose some thinner coloured ones. But that was probably a question of practise, too.
