About the Course

Choose on the day from the following projects: Coasters – make up to 4 10 x 10cm coasters, a square slumped dish 13 x 13cms which will be fired once on a full fuse and then a second time to achieve its 3D shape, or a 30 x 8cm colourful beach huts piece. You will learn the basics of fusing glass, taught by our experienced tutor and be guided through the design of your project to ensure you get the most out of the materials. There is a great selection of coloured sheet and glass frits to add to your design, and wires and foils to incorporate too. Your work will be fired and ready for collection about a week later. Suitable for beginners as well as those who have some experience with glass.

We decided to try our hand at glass fusion and thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
We learned a lot and it was great having hands on time making our own suncatchers which we are waiting eagerly for them to be fired to see the results!!!
