"I had a totally enlightening hour with Bill online today and learnt so much about Sacred Geometry and how our paper drawings could be used on a much bigger beach or even field canvas. A wonderful starting point for anyone thinking about their summer beach holidays and the pack alone of templates and ideas will keep me busy for some time. It's incredible what you can make with same sized circles and I can see now how these techniques were developed for more complex Islamic designs which is one of my interests. I can warmly recommend this short starter course to anyone. It was very good value to have such an experienced artist on a one-to-one basis to myself and we went far over the time allocated in a very relaxed and informal way. Thanks Bill."

"I spent a wonderful few hours learning a new skill, chatting to other enthusiasts and to make it better I ended up making a wool painting picture I am proud of. I am not a natural artist but Raya made the process very easy with her gentle demonstrations and oodles of patience. I think I may have found my new favourite art format. Will definitely keep in touch with Raya and take some more classes with this medium and then will hopefully courageous enough to have a go on my own. I haven't felt so relaxed and positive about things for a long time, so thank you very much."

"Alice's workshop was great fun. In just two hours and in a small online group, we learned how to make a really pretty macrame pot hanger, with everything we needed to be able to complete it quite quickly after the session. Alice was patient, friendly, and relaxed, and the knotting process also gave lots of time for chatting and asking questions as we progressed. Alice was able very clearly to demonstrate the three knots we used, effectively overcoming the challenges of a virtual workshop setting. By the end, I felt that I'd learned the basics of a new skillset, and that I had enough knowledge to be able to adapt the knots to my own designs in the future. Along the way, we heard that there are a couple of thousand knots - so this was just the beginning, but it was really satisfying to get so far in such a short time. Warning: I can really see how knotting can become addictive. Especially if you find that friends and family encourage you with positive feedback on your efforts!"

"Firstly no connection issues and for someone not technical that was a big plus. Lucie obviously is highly qualified and knows a lot about all different ingredients. We made shampoo bar, deodorant bar and lip balm. I fully enjoyed it and products look amazing, totally natural. I did the course through textbook and it different go into enough detail and wasnt sure what each stage was suppose to look like. This course was so much cheaper and Lucie makes it with you so see can go "this is what my looks like now, let me check yours". Highly recommend and will be definitely doing more of her courses."

"This was a great experience, the course is very well organised and very informative. "What can I say about this kit, and about Alex’s courses ..... designed for those of us with either little or lots of textile art experience. Likewise If you have ever wanted to use your machine for more than clothes, curtains etc and really want to push your creative edge then Alex Waylett’s courses are for you ! Her kits take you step by step through the process, almost everything you need is provided in the kit other than your thread, your machine, sewing kit, brushes and perhaps any other little extras you want to add. Resources are of high quality and always sourced ethically. Am working my way through the hummingbird kit just now but have others to start in the pile - thank you Alex for taking this time to invest in your courses and making them accessible to people who can’t make it to your wonderful studios.
