Lee and Vicky reviewed: Make Your Own Wedding Rings From Your Old Jewellery.

"We spent a lovely day with Anna at her home studio, we made an engagement ring and two wedding rings. We had no prior knowledge of ring making but Anna put us at ease straight away and talked us through the process step by step, we thoroughly enjoyed our day and are so pleased with the end result . I would highly recommend this workshop with Anna, she is not only an extremely talented craftsperson but an excellent teacher too. "

Anna Mcloughlin Fine Jewellery responded:

"Thank you so much for your lovely review! I really enjoyed the workshop too and you both made such beautiful rings. "

"Loved this course. Even on a drizzly day in Autumn. Matt and Emma had a nice fire going for when we arrived and we had a brilliant day exploring the wood and learning some great skills including fire lighting in wet weather and creating a pot stand from gathered materials. "

Louise Burrell reviewed: Jewellery Workshop - Make a Silver Ring

"During the course I made a silver ring, which I love and wear daily. I learned how to create patterned marks on the silver, shaping and soldering together with finishing techniques i.e. sanding and polishing. It took around 2 hours to do and was a nice afternoon and very relaxing and welcoming environment, would recommend."

Sheila Roussel Jewellery Design responded:

"Hi Louise, thank you for coming to my studio to make a silver ring. It was really good to meet you. That's great that you're happy with your ring, you made a very nice job of it! Regards, Sheila"

Sarah Adams reviewed: Learn the Potters' Wheel in a Weekend

"What a great weekend. Joss is a fabulous teacher and so knowledgeable about her subject and all things Dartmoor. I achieved more than I thought would be possible in 2 days and now feel enthused to try to do more. Not having the pressure to make a finished product really helped to take the pressure off and Joss was very helpful with clear instructions and constructive feedback. Powder mills pottery is a lovely place to spend a weekend and the tea & coffee tasted all the better for being served in beautiful wood fired mugs and teapots. Thanks. "

Powdermills Pottery responded:

"Thank you for such a lovely review. It was fab to work with you over the weekend. Good luck with your clay journey, and you know where we are if you want to do more."

Melanie Lew-Smith reviewed: Basic tiling course

"I was fortunate enough to have a "one to one" basic tiling course with David this month. He was very methodical and thorough when explaining how to get the basics of tiling done correctly and asked me about my own tiling project. We went through exactly what needed to be done and tools required, based on my own project, and gave me the confidence to cut my own tiles. Would definitely recommend this course."

Great British Woodshop responded:

"Thanks Melanie, it was a pleasure to help you. Hope the job is well underway. "

Ian A. reviewed: Introduction to Traditional Leaded Stained-Glass Course, 2 days

"An excellent course which I thoroughly enjoyed. Jo, the tutor, is friendly, helpful and certainly knows her stuff. I managed to produce a (reasonably!) presentable stained glass panel once the basic techniques had been explained and demonstrated. I'd be tempted to do the course again at some point but rather than use one of Jo's standard designs it would be interesting to create one of my own."

Stanwick Lakes Art and Craft Courses responded:

"Thank you for taking the time to leave us a lovely review. We are so pleased you enjoyed the course and hope to see you here at Stanwick Lakes again soon. Best wishes, The Stanwick Lakes team."

Andy Roberts reviewed: Beginners spoon carving

"A very cheery welcome on arrival at Nick and Debbie's home with a gratefully received cuppa. With all participants gathered, an instructional walk began around the back garden with information given on the types of trees and their uses and suitability for carving. Then down to the nitty gritty of spoon varieties and designs. Excellent instruction from both Nick and Debbie on the safe use of axes and knives, both keeping a safety eye on us and offering help and advise where needed. A most enjoyable experience with great participants and tutors extraordinaire, highly recommended."

Gosman Spoon Co. responded:

"Thank you so much for you lovely comments and review. If you have questions about tools or anything about green woodworking, just drop me a message."

"Fantastic day. Jason is knowledgeable and guides you throughout the day. I wanted to push myself and try something with a lot of detail. Lili Giacobino reviewed: Welding course: Mig, Tig, Stick, with the Iron Lady - Bradwell Blacksmiths

"Brilliant workshop. I have really enjoyed my time and learned so much during this one day taster. Natalie is an excellent teacher and she has such a great energy. I appreciated that each student had their own booth so that you can experiment in your own space and at your own speed. There were different techniques to discover and play with and each of us (we were 5) came out with a smile and with some kind of little sculpture or experiment that they were proud of. Definitely recommend."

Veronica reviewed: Animal clay sculpture workshops with Jill Collier

"Absolutely fantastic. Despite all the pictures, I really didn't think I'd be able to produce something that looked like an animal! I was amazed at what the whole group (mostly total novices) achieved in a day. Jill is a brilliant teacher, patient and friendly as were the other 4 people doing the workshop. I loved the fact we had free rein to choose what to make and didn't all do the same thing. "

Amie and Pauline reviewed: One Day Beginners Mosaic Workshop All Levels

"I gifted my Mum a Craft Courses voucher for Mother's Day and she was very keen to try mosaics. We signed up to Justine's one day beginner's workshop and very much enjoyed it. Justine led us through the processes of preparing, tiling, cutting, gluing and grouting. We created a lovely mosaic coaster and an A4 outdoor piece of wall art, which will be very special to us. It was a really mindful activity to do together, and Justine was a very friendly and welcoming host. "

Primary Colours Murals And Mosaics responded:

"Hi Amie and Pauline thank you so much for your lovely review. I am really glad you both enjoyed making mosaics on Saturday especially as it was your mum's birthday. It was a real gift for me also to share her special day, I haven't laughed and mosaiced so much for ages. Justine x"
