Nigel Reynolds reviewed: Mig Welding For Beginners Introductory Day Course.

"Excellent day with Tony. Real bonus that it was 1 to 1. We went through the equipment and how to set it up and the required settings. We did elementary torch control and step by step up to welding various types of joint. Tony was very patient and extremely good at coaching through the day. By the end of the day I could weld to a point that I could set my own machine and weld. From this point I can practice to become better. I will recommend Tony to anyone who wants to learn welding."

Newport Wrought Ironwork responded:

"Thank you Nigel for your great feedback, It was a pleasure teaching you and seeing how quickly your abilities developed throughout the course of the day. I am pleased that your new skills will be put to use on your future projects that you may have planned. Best wishes Tony"

Mrs Sharon forster reviewed: Woven bag workshop workshop with Rachel Davies

"I attended Rachel Davies' craft workshop and found it to be a great way to get creative, providing both mental and physical stimulation, and a useful opportunity to meet people. I attended the Bunbury Weaving Workshop to get some help to start off a new hobby, and I made new friends in the process. Rachel specifically aimed her teaching to be inclusive and in particular I found it easy to follow, being visually impaired.. It was a fantastic and fun activity and just one of the range of workshops that Rachel teaches. It was great that this activity of beautiful bag weaving could be carried out by all ages and abilities and it did not matter that I have limited mobility. Not only was the workshop enjoyable, it added much needed variety to my day, and I was actively encouraged to employ the use of my more active senses, such as touch, hand dexterity and skills that I risk losing, if not actively maintained. We all created a beautiful piece of art in the form of a gorgeous handbag, while listening to yoga music, eating treats and chatting with new friends. Plus, the final products was photographed by Rachel and could be given out as gifts!"

Rachel Davies Studio responded:

"Hi Sharon, thank you so much for this lovely review, I do really appreciate it. I'm so glad you found the workshop so rewarding and I'm glad you feel it is an activity that you will be able to develop. Very best wishes, and thanks , Rachel"
