"Really enjoyable week and ended up with a gorgeous product. Jay and Mark were fantastic teachers, very friendly, patient and helpful, and the helpers Pheobe and Hamish really made the week. The small class size of 4 people makes a really nice friendly atmosphere and you get plently of 1 to 1 tuition, which means you can get guidance on how to put your own design into the product. I would recommend this course to anyone who's ever had any interest in woodwork or feels like trying something new."

"We attended the glass infusion day course. Karen was welcoming and made you feel at ease straight away . She was very informative explaining about the glass used, different techniques, styles etc. During the day we were able to complete 3/4 different styles of glass items such as coasters, tea light holders. After we had completed a glass coaster, the choice was ours what we wanted to make, Karen was always at hand guiding and offering help and suggesting ideas. A sandwich and cake was provided for lunch and a choice of hot or cold drinks were offered during the day. The day was thoroughly enjoyable, and Karen was a great tutor. Looking forward to seeing our creations once they have been in the kiln. Thanks to Karen for a great day, would definitely recommend this course"

Then we chopped, sawed, heated, hammered and soldered some silver into a necklace and some earrings. We are very proud of our creations, and felt very welcome in Bridget's lovely little workshop. "

I'm so proud of my finished blouse, which I wouldn't have been able to do without her help and guidance. It has now given me the confidence and skills to start making shirts of my own. Lunch and refreshments were tasty and it was a pleasure getting to know her. I would highly recommend this course."

"What a wonderful day. Amanda made me and my daughter feel welcome from the minute we arrived. She is so knowledgeable and informative. We learnt how to cut glass and use a pattern. Next we used the grinder to help smooth out our glass. After that we learnt how to apply the copper foil round our glass. Then a break for lunch which was delicious. In the afternoon we learnt to solder our pieces together and came away with three lovely pieces each. I highly recommend this course. Thank you Amanda."
