"This was such a relaxed, friendly and informative start to glass fusion. Sally was incredibly accommodating of all our ideas. The time flew as we worked away while conversation meandered from glass topics to all manner of things. We both came away feeling refreshed having done something creative and encouraged to make this time a more regular thing. As for the current restrictions Sally made sure that all precautions were adhered to without it impacting the fun of the workshop. Thank you so much !!"

"Oh, highly recommend !!! I am a total novice and at the end of the workshop, I left with 2 pieces of jewelry!! I was amazed! Sara is fantastic. Direct, precise, to the point! Explaining everything and using time very well so u learn the maximum! She is very patient and the place is in beautiful surroundings and there is a lovely dog as well!? I m very grateful I met her and done the course. I have now decided to buy all tools I need and jump into my new flow. Sara also helped me a lot going through the tools and advising so many things and simply sharing her knowledge. You will love it! Thank you again Sara very much!"

"We had a two on one day of learning to crochet having never had done it before. We both chose different projects and Sally was very flexible and patient teaching us the techniques. We were quick to learn because she is a good teacher ! We were hoping to be given crochet hooks as part of the course but luckily we were able to purchase some online after the course and have them arrive fairly quickly."

Having small groups means you get plenty of time having a go, with Jake on hand to advise and guide every step of the way. Thanks for a great day ??"

"I booked this course for myself and my partner as a birthday gift. With minimal/zero experience in wood turning and pottery, we were very excited to give both crafts a go! The day really exceeded expectations, with a very professional approach from Louise and Simon when it came to teaching basic techniques in an engaging and friendly way. We left Blended Monkey with the satisfaction of having learnt (or started to !!) new skills, and with the added bonus of a piece of woodwork in hand which was very satisfying. Overall I could not recommend Blended Monkey highly enough, regardless of skill level. The teaching is really personal, so can easily be tailored, and the environment is so relaxing and welcoming that you can't help but feel at home."

"This course was a really good follow-up to the Weave A Scarf in a Day course, introducing the possibility of varying scarves (in my case) with patterns produced using pick-up sticks. Anne is a superb teacher, it would have taken me forever to work out how to create the patterns using a book. Some things need live teaching! I am surprised that it was possible to produce a quite impressive sampler in 3 hours! So now I and my new loom are all set for producing Christmas scarves with variations."

Simon is an excellent tutor, who clearly enjoys the art wood turning. Importantly, however, it is evident that Simon enjoys teaching others, enabling them to take something pleasing home. Lunch was good too!"

"Sorry about delay, wrote a long review earlier but the robot prevented upload and lost it. I really enjoyed the course and David was a very patient and understanding tutor. It is a more sophisticated process than I had imagined but was very pleased with my ‘dolphin’. I was surprised that I had the patience to complete the mosaic but David was so helpful and inspirational. The best bit was when you cover the whole mosaic with grouting at the end and rub it away to reveal your picture. Magic! Thank-you so much David, I have something I am proud of and that I will treasure. I look forward to doing another one soon hopefully! Judy"
