I thoroughly enjoyed my one day workshop with Kingsley! He took me through all the skills needed to produce my bag, encouraged me to think creatively and gave me so much useful information. Not only do I feel like I learnt a lot, it was great fun too. Now to start a few simple projects by myself...!
Just completed the one day bag course and have to say it's one of the best crafting type courses I have done. Kingsley is a great teacher and does an amazing job relaying information and taking you through the process step by step from beginning to end.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this course to anyone interested in leather craft.
10 out of 10
Best course I have ever done. Kingsley is an amazing teacher with an incredibly laid back and approachable attitude. Learnt so much doing his course and had a great time, I was even blown away by the final product!
Couldn't recommend this more to anyone wanting to do a weekend course where you learn a new skill and make something to keep. So rewarding, amazing teacher and such a great way to keep a traditional craft alive!
Kingsley was absolutely amazing. Considering I have been to uni and studied design, I have never understood instructions so easily! He has such a great way of teaching, so easy to understand, and he’s great fun- he makes you feel so at ease and comfortable. I can’t wait to come back and make more pieces!
Thank you for everything Kingsley, I will be using everything you taught me!!
This was a fantastic workshop- having known nothing when I arrived I walked away with a beautiful leather bag as well as the knowledge of the necessary skills of how to make it again.
Kingsley is a great teacher and was patient when I wasn't sure what to do. What is better is that he encourages you to develop your own idea of what the product could be so you are more involved with the piece, rather than just making a generic bag that is the same as all the others. The workshop was only me and one other. Thank you!!
What a fantastic day! Kingsley was an excellent, patient, knowledgeable tutor, who felt more like a friend. He was eager to share his passion and tips. I learnt so much and came away buzzing with ideas for my next project. If you are looking for a really enjoyable course where you will learn so much, look no further.
Thank you so much Kingsley. I'll be back!!!
Kingsley was incredibly informative, adaptable, patient and fun. He was insightful and helpful with all of my questions and thoroughly explained what we were doing and what it would achieve. I found him very supportive as a teacher which was helpful when learning so many new skills and was happy to share all of his knowledge.
The workshop taught me a lot more than I expected in regards to working with leather and I would happily recommend anyone interested in learning more and experiencing leather work to do so from Kingsley. It was a pleasure!
Kingsley was an amazing workshop facilitator! I wasn't very confident and a bit shy at first but Kingsley was very reassuring and provided a friendly and relaxed environment. I was so pleased with my bag, I surprised myself with skills I never knew I had! Thanks Kingsley! :)
You will find in Kingsley a patient, knowledgeable and lovely tutor while crafting your own bag. Generous, he can provide many craft tricks you could learn as well, if you work already in your own craft, along with great conversation and a nice cup of tea! I am in love with my bag!
Kingsley provides a high level of knowledge and opportunity to explore and create a piece full of character and the beginning of a story for you, the materials are high quality too. The only problem is....you want to do more!!!
I am already thinking about the next bag I want to do!
Perfection is standard with Kingsley.
Such a knowledge lovely man! Had such a great time learning from him!
