"Booked this course as a last minute birthday treat. Jude was quick and informative when making the booking. The course was so enjoyable. I felt welcomed into her work place while adhering to COVID restrictions. Jude has a calm, patient and approachable nature and we loved learning about silver and jewellery making. Nothing felt like too much trouble. Jude sent the jewellery quickly via post and followed up to make sure we were happy. Would highly recommend. Thanks Jude!"

"Adela was great to work with and created a lovely relaxing, fun and enjoyable environment. I enjoyed her introduction to mosaics giving information about different styles and techniques and information about the different materials that can be used. She also had great patience when it came to the practical side giving good instructions to both myself and my son aged 11 years enabling us to take home a professional looking piece of Mosaic art at the end of the session. I really enjoyed her course and would definitely recommend it to anyone to try and I’m looking forward to doing another course on my return to Devon/Cornwall."

"I followed Alice's online coaster workshop 6 months ago and haven't stopped weaving since. It taught me all the basics I needed to get started weaving tapestries, (and I obviously made my own coasters too). Alice's instructions are written down and illustrated with photos which makes it super easy to follow at your own pace, no video to pause and rewind. I highly recommend this online workshop if you want to get started with weaving."

"Wow! What an excellent Saturday afternoon I had with Lucy. She is an excellent teacher who is patient and good humoured. I had no experience of crochet or any other crafts for that matter but after the course I was amazed at what I was able to achieve. There is no substitute to having a teacher on hand. Like many I had tried to get started on YouTube but for someone with no experience it is much more fun to take Lucy's course. I highly recommend her!"

"I've been doing calligraphy for years and have been to a couple of Gaynor's workshops in the past, but I wanted to try something different so signed up for a 1:1 course in experimental Versals. Gaynor is an excellent tutor and doing this on a 1:1 basis is really helpful as there's no distraction. I also have the recording so I don't lose any advice and can refer to it whenever I need some guidance on letterforms. Thoroughly enjoyed it!"

"I cannot recommend this course enough! I walked in with very minimal knowledge on candle making and left feeling full of confidence and motivation to get started with my business. Kerry is extremely professional and knowledgeable, she offers different tricks and hacks that can only be learned through years of experience along with a complete rundown on how to make the best product possible. Throughout the course I also learned invaluable lessons in the business and legalities of selling candles which makes the whole process that bit easier, along with this I left with a full course review booklet which includes some great suppliers to use once I am up and running. I had an incredible experience from start to finish and cant thank Kerry enough for all that she puts in to making this course such a success."

"Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed using the'Sunset' wool painting kit and learning a new skill of painting with wool fibres! The kits was carefully packed and contained lots of colourful and soft merino wool fibers as well as silks, fabric and a lovely frame. I discovered a new way of using fibres! I also attended the zoom interactive Sunset wool painting course which helped me to use the kit and inspired me to create more beautiful 'wool watercolours'. The experienced tutor Raya Brown took us through each stage of wool painting patiently explaining and demonstration the technique and helping every student. Thank you very much, Raya, for your kit and lovely online course. I look forward to the next wool painting course with you."

"I went with my daughter in early October.. It was my second time with Sarah. Sarah is great - explains things really clearly, is encouraging and patient, and helps you to make your ideas work. We both made coasters that we were delighted with, as well as a ring, and hanging decorations. Arrangements for our safety were good and we felt very comfortable wearing visors. On the day we made container candles, scented candles, pillar candles & tapered candles. We were very happy with the results & were able to bring our candles home afterwards. "As someone that has been interested in woodworking as a hobby but never found the time to try it out I felt that this would be a perfect course to go for. Adrian is excellent as a tutor and has a lifetime of knowledge and experience in woodworking and is able to impart that knowledge in a relaxed and simple way. I had very little experience of woodworking but throughout the first week I was able to get used to handling different tools, using various techniques to cut and shape my own joints and in-turn build my confidence. At this point I would also add that safety measures were followed by both tutor and delegate (hand wipes, working outside when possible, face masks worn at all times). Following this first week or so, we discussed ideas for a small project which would build on the skills that I'd learnt so far and I would be undertaking this project for the rest of the course. The design, planning and drawing aspects were all discussed thoroughly - this delegate-led approach was something I found encouraging and appreciated. Overall, I was extremely pleased with my own progress throughout the course and am very happy with the project that I was able to complete. More importantly though, what this course has given me is the confidence to go away at the end and continue learning and trying woodworking at home - a huge thank you to Adrian for that. I would rate this course as a 10/10 and encourage anyone looking to try woodworking or further their skills to give this course a go and i'm sure you would find it as valuable as I have."
