Private or private group silver jewellery making/silversmithing workshop day at Silver Designed Personally

Have you ever wanted to design & make a piece of your own jewellery? Do you want to gift a unique piece of jewellery to someone close to you? Or do you just want to learn a new skill? Join me in my workshop in the heart of the Kent countryside for a personal tuition jewellery-making workshop. I’ll help you create something completely unique to take home at the end of the workshop. Suitable for beginners, workshop days can accommodate 1 to 4 people in your private group (price is per person), so why not get some friends/work colleagues together and come along? Please remember to select 'quantity' for the total number of people in your private group when you check out. As the session is completely designed around you, you can choose to make: - Rings - Earrings - Bangles* - Cuff bracelets* - Pendants - Cufflinks - Or anything else that you would like to try (assuming it’s possible)! The day runs from 10:00 to about 15:00 and as this is personal and designed around you, you can select dates that work for you. You will learn traditional silversmithing techniques including forming, sawing, sanding, filing, hammering, annealing, soldering and polishing, and leave at the end of the workshop with your own unique piece(s) of jewellery. My workshop experiences also make an ideal birthday, anniversary, wedding or Christmas gift, as well as an unusual, stag/hen or corporate team-building event.
What's included in the price?
- The silver to make one small basic piece of jewellery is included. Additional silver, brass and copper can be purchased on the day or in advance if you need more to make the item you wish to make. - * Please note - bangles & bracelets will definitely need more silver than included in the price. - Personal tuition in a fully equipped workshop in a delightful garden setting. - Refreshments. - Fun!
