You can decide to use either use the traditional leading material or copper foil. We will then learn how to assemble the piece using your chosen medium, solder it all together and then polish it until it shines.

Did the 2 day Beginners course in November 2019 in Tamasine’s workshop. 2 of us there. Went through the whole process from designing the cartoon to the finished result. Pleased with the finished result and Tamasine keen to make sure we were both happy.
Very relaxed and pleasant environment. Would recommend.
This was a stunning course in a beautiful peaceful garden location yet also in the centre of the very unique town of Frome. I did a 2 day beginners course in stained glass windows and came away with a very lovely functional stained glass art piece. Tamasine was a lovely teacher. Very relaxed with clear tuition and left me to do each stage myself after showing me what to do. However she was there to help whenever I needed it. She broke the whole session into bite-sized achievable chunks even though there are a whole load of steps in the whole process of which I had been previously totally unaware. I now look at stained glass windows with awe and respect because I now really understand quite how much work and immense skill goes into a detailed piece - of which mine though beautiful was a simple design - but achievable in just 2 days. I would very much recommend Tamasine’s course. I loved every moment.
