About the Course
Explore the wonderful world of glass and experiment with a variety of techniques and materials. You will be guided through the process, all abilities welcome. These can be taken as a one off, but most people return again and again.
£55 to make a lantern, candle plate or free standing panel.
During a two hour workshop, you will be shown the basics of fused glass, it is a hands on workshop, with no experience necessary. Using sheet glass, frits, stringers and wire, you will be shown how to cut glass, add inclusions and create voids & bubbles. You can expect to make a hanging decoration, using a base piece of pre cut glass and then add decoration with frits, stringers and confetti.
You will then be able to choose to make one item from the following list – a coaster, small dish, candle arch, 12×12 glass art. Extra items can be made in one session, price list available for all items.
We also hold private fused glass days/workshops/parties for friends/family for groups of six to 12. With 6 or more people you will all receive a complimentary glass of prosecco or non alcoholic alternative.
Twice Fired studio also holds birthday parties for adults or children and is perfect for hosting a variety of celebrations including Hen Do's. Twice Fired studio over looks a large picturesque garden, in Farsley, Leeds.

We went for my mother-in-law"s birthday so the age range was 6-70years and all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and created some lovely things with the help of Kate whilst enjoying a glass of prosecco!

My son won a competition to make a Christmas decoration. He loved it so much that he had his birthday party here.
I have attended a few workshops and made some lovely things which I have on display at home and have also given as gifts.
A lovely way to relax and do something creative where you can meet new people or take some fiends along.

I cannot recommend Twice Fired too highly. Kate is extremely welcoming and knowledgeable and after only 2 hours, with her support, I had made pieces to be proud of.
After my first course I returned for others and have made some lovely presents. You don't have to be artistic...I am totally not. I cannot wait to see the finished pieces each time.
A gift voucher would be a fantastic present for anyone who likes to try different crafts.
Kate welcomes children as well.......a great idea for a 'girly party' for all ages.

Received this voucher as a present, I'm really not artistic or creative but I can't believe how much I enjoyed it !
Kate is such a expert and has a real passion for what she does .
I have made a beautiful candle curve and have since booked another course and made some presents .
I recommend it to anyone to book a class as it's so lovely to have something so beautiful that I have made myself x
