Make a lovely stained-glass panel which can be hung in a window. On this two-day course you may choose to bring along your own design ideas for a panel or work from a selection of prepared designs. We will work on a panel which is approximately A3 in size. You will learn how to cut coloured glass using a design template and place the glass onto a glass easel. Then you will work with lead to assemble the pieces and then solder and cement the panel to finish. The final clean is done the next day at home. There will be demonstrations of each technique and individual guidance. The tutor will provide all the materials and equipment needed for the course. Material costs are not included in the course fee, the approximate cost of materials for this two day course will be £45 per person, payable to the tutor on the day. If you make a smaller panel or more than one panel you will be charged accordingly.
