Heather reviewed: Alien spoon carving

"Fantastic spoon carving day! This was my first go at spoon carving so was unsure what to expect and a little apprehensive at the thought of wielding an axe, but it really couldn't have been better. Alan is a brilliant teacher, so knowledgable, patient and welcoming. The whole day flew by, with the help of wonderful food and company. Thanks, Alan!"

Judith Park reviewed: Stained Glass - Copper Foil: Autumn Leaf Spinners

"Louise was great, plus Emma gave extra help. The glass materials available provided a wide range of colours. The piece of glass we had to practice on, was a bit thick - I found I couldn't do anything right till I chose some thinner coloured ones. But that was probably a question of practise, too."

EJaRt Creative responded:

"We are glad you enjoyed your session Judith and hope to welcome you back to EJaRt Creative again soon!"

Sonhild Grey reviewed: Beautiful Batik

"This was my second workshop at Art in The Barn, previously did Gelli Plate mono printing and this time Batik on Paper. Absolutely LOVED the entire day, learning a new skill, taught at a perfect level, brisk and with plenty of individual attention and even extra time at the end to finish my main piece. ( time just flies, when you’re having a great time!). The venue was lovely to work in, with the Covid regulations in place. Highly recommended."

Steve Hart reviewed: One-day woodcarving for beginners

"I attended the course with a list of questions built up from reading and watching YouTube and looking for an introduction to carving. I really got into it, enabled by Will’s instruction , explanations, encouragement and patience we got so engrossed the day flew by and I wanted to book for more. Next time down I will be back. If an introduction is what you are looking for then I highly recommend Will, I am also confident that in our short time with him we hardly dented his depth of knowledge or instruction capability."
