She helped with ideas but the pieces we made were very much our own, being guided through with encouragement we completed a piece each that we are both proud of that are now hung in ideal places in our home. We would highly recommend if you are considering doing this course. I would also like to say that I changed my booking after my husband decided he’d like to do it with me and Emma was extremely helpful and accommodating which we appreciated. Thanks Emma we really enjoyed our time with you, especially the banter along the way! Lovely day."

"Very enjoyable workshop in a lovely setting. Liz ( the tutor) gave us a friendly welcome . The workshop included well structured, clear instructions regarding the processes of blind embossing. Liz allowed each persons to express their individuality and gave support as and when needed throughout . Great for those new to printmaking or the more experienced. Everyone went away with something they felt happy with having produced . Would recommend others should have a go !"

"I have just finished this course with Raya, and couldn't recommend it highly enough. I had never used pastels before, amd some of the assignments looked very challenging, but with Raya's expert help I achieved paintings that I am really pleased with, and noticed my confidence improve as well as my skill in this medium."
