Have just completed my first course with Alison. Loving it, already feeling confident to use the skills I've been taught. Inspired by other course members and able to put in my own ideas . Looking forward to my next block of lessons.

This place along with the tutor alison is a real hidden gem. I've learned so much and really enjoyed myself. Alison is so knowledgeable and so great at teaching while still giving you the space to learn and create yourself. I couldn't recommend her classes anymore if I tried.

An amazing class, I love every minute of them! Alison is a great teacher and is always warm and friendly, I really love all the new techniques I am learning, and there is always something different to try each week.

An amazing atmosphere; Alison is warm, friendly and makes you feel at home.
As a beginner, you start out making a range of basic shapes and items such as solid figurines, bowls and tiles - progressing to more complex and intricate designs.
Alison allows you freedom to create, think outside of the box and play with your ideas; all whilst guiding you along the way, whenever required.
Pottery and Ceramics are both a life-long career dream of mine and to be able to live it, see it, feel it and do it is amazing!
If you are creative, enjoy projects and want to get lost in all things arty, this is definitely the course for you!

I love this class! Every week there's something new to try. I've made bowls, tiles, tea lights, a ring holder and countless mugs. I've tried lots of different techniques from wheel throwing to slip casting. Alison is a fantastic teacher, full of ideas and inspiration. She allows her students the freedom to explore and find their own style while giving advice and instruction when necessary. She has also taught us a lot of the chemistry and theory behind each process which is really fascinating.
Truly, a fabulous class. *****
