Aimee Birch reviewed: Free-machine Embroidery Workshop with Dawn Ireland

"I throughly enjoyed the machine embroidery course at stitched up and fleeced studios, which was run by Dawn Ireland. Dawn was lovely, welcoming and very supportive in showing you what to do and teaching you about the different techniques that you can do, such as how to appliqué and giving you loads of inspiration from her own amazing textile work. I especially liked that we got to sample some of Dawn’s home made chocolate cake, which was delicious!. I would definitely come again to the next workshop. Thanks so much Dawn."

"I only attended the second half of the lampshade course but I have been to one of Emma's felting courses before and am booked onto another later this month. She is a very talented felt maker and presents the courses clearly and with a great atmosphere. We were given handouts and photos to remind us of the process. I think the price is very reasonable and the atmosphere is great."
