Description

Learn some of the essential techniques of hand-building with clay and create your own characterful handmade terracotta plant pots to take home and love. Your pots will be fired after the class, and made available to collect from Brockhole in the following weeks. This workshop will include a break for lunch, please bring along a packed lunch or let the tutor know in advance if you wish to order food in the café. Brockhole on Windermere is a 19th century Arts and Crafts movement house amid the stunning landscape of the Lake District, be inspired to make and create!

Hi I'm Rosie, an Artist part of the Education team at Brockhole on Windermere - where I teach Art & Crafts workshops to adults and children. I'm an Art graduate and have been leading creative workshops in various disciplines for several years. My own main practice is ceramics, but I am passionate about everything creative, and love sharing inspiring and exciting artistic skills with others. Brockhole is a beautiful location to relax and enjoy some creativity in the stunning Lake District!
