Description

Clay sculpture course near to Newark, Lincoln and Nottingham. Completely suitable for all abilities. Classes at Metamorphosis Sculpture place equal emphasis on inspiration and technique. Students are given a solid and expert grounding in diverse clay sculpting techniques that can be used to make works of art with a classical or contemporary direction. As a tutor, I work closely with all students in developing a program which has special relevance for them and their unique interests, whether it be the human, animal or abstract form. All classes are small (max 5) so that each student receives lots of attention. Come and learn unique skills in a friendly, social setting. Class times are: - (Most) Every Monday: 10.00 am to 3 pm (choose your own three hour time in which to attend). - Sculpture for workers: Wednesdays 6.30pm to 9.00pm. Please note that this course is not refundable once the normal cancellation period is exceeded. Please get in touch via the 'Message the tutor' button with any questions.

What's included in the price?

Well equipped studio, all tools and finishing materials provided. Sculpture reference library. First 6kg bag provided. Clay is then charged at cost price of £20 per 12kg bag. Unlimited tea and cafetière coffee.
