I attended this course several years ago, and it has come in useful time and again.
I thoroughly recommend it, I have the confidence to do small repairs, and regular maintenance to my kilns. And even changed a set of elements myself, though I did get an electrician friend to check I'd done a good job.
It's well worth the money, and not scary at all.
My advice , do it.

The course was very interesting, informative and useful. It has given me the confidence to have a go at fixing my own kiln as well as protecting myself from some of the harmful effects of firing.
Well worth the money.

-

an excellent course, so informative and usefull, i have been able to maintain my kilns with confidence ( with a little back up from my friendly electrican) and understand firing processes more deeply than was ever covered at uni.
its a must if you want to run your own studio.

very helpful and interesting

-

Very comprehensive course content. I have been able to maintain our own heavily worked kiln quite easily!
