This class runs every week, or fortnightly, at the William E-ACT Academy, in their art department, where we are allowed to use the A -Level room. Most student book for the term, but new-comers can try one or two days, half days to discover whether they enjoy it. Beginners are very welcome, and the class consists of up to nine students , some of whom have been joining for many years, and others much more recently. The topics chosen and styles are very varied: figure (representational, and more abstracted) heads, ( portrait and imaginative), abstract forms and handbill vessels, and some animals. many teaching materials support the learning, like laminated images, books, toy animals ( schleich) and googling on IPad. Single workshops costs £65 excluded clay and firing; one day as part of a terms booking costs £55; the first taster sessions costs £50.

The tuition is included, tea/coffee and cake, but not lunch, clay or firing
