About the Course

There’s clay craziness going on in Denmead during term time, half terms and school holidays! Using our imaginations, we squish and mould earthenware clay to make a magical masterpiece, then in a separate glazing session we paint them beautifully with exciting bright colours.

Sally will fire the work and have it ready for collection, or posting (extra cost) within about 6 weeks.

Sally Mareike, the tutor, is DBS checked and experienced with teaching pottery and supervising groups of children and adults.

Why not gather up some of your favourite friends and get creative together? (Max 8 people per workshop.) Children are welcome to bring their favourite adults, and it will only cost them £12 to join in the fun!

Make sure you wear clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Bring warm layers in winter as the studio can vary in temperature.

Please feel free to contact Sally for more details.

If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.

What's included in the price?

Fun, aprons, tools, materials, firing.
