Course Start DatesSunday 19th January 2020
About the Course
There’s clay craziness going on in Denmead during term time, half terms and school holidays! Using our imaginations, we squish and mould earthenware clay to make a magical masterpiece, then we paint them beautifully with bright coloured glazes.
Sally will fire the work and have it ready for collection, or posting (extra cost) within about 3-5 weeks.
Sally Mareike, the tutor, is DBS checked and experienced with teaching pottery and supervising groups of children and adults.
Why not gather up some of your favourite friends and get creative together? (Max 6 - 8 people per workshop.) Children are welcome to bring their favourite adults, and it will only cost them £30 to join in the fun!
Make sure you wear clothes and shoes that you don't mind getting dirty. Bring warm layers in winter as the studio can vary in temperature.
Please feel free to contact Sally or view the course webpage below for more details and booking.

My girls really enjoy their pottery sessions. Sally is very patient, kind and creative. The girls have developed fine motor skills around sculpture as well as the technical aspects in regard to the materials and creating pottery from concept to finished piece.
They love going, and making things like fairy houses has been amazing. One of my girls made a little mug which she uses everyday at breakfast. A fantastic experience all round!! 😁
