Allison Waddell reviewed: Introduction to Resin Art Workshop

"Attended a great workshop with Sophie. Produced 4 coasters and a place mat following Sophie's instructions and after a short demonstration. I've been inspired and feel confident enough to continue this craft at home now."

Unusual Girl Art responded:

"That's so good to know it was a helpful class! Resin can be so offputting with all the different things to consider and getting started it is often the hardest part, so I'm glad to hear the session helped you get comfortable using it. Your pieces look really lovely and I'm sure many more will follow :)"

Peggy Taylor reviewed: Silver Ring Making Workshop

"A special, unique opportunity to learn or brush up skills in a beautiful environment. Darren, whose workshops takes on average two people is an extremely talented jeweller. I'd read a review about not being too ambitious so whilst had ideas was willing to be guided. Darren was so friendly and facilitated me to run with it adding even more to my design. Wow! I now not only have my beautiful ring but an experience which will stay with me and enable me to go further. Thank you Darren. "

Immeroin Farm Workshop responded:

Sophie reviewed: Miniature Bowl Carving Class

"My boyfriend and I had a really fun time carving miniature bowls under Tim's guidance. Learned a lot about whittling and knife techniques in a safe and friendly environment (not to mention excellent coffee and some treats). I am a slow learner but Tim was very patient and helpful. Louise reviewed: Introduction to Botanical Relief Workshop

"It was amazing! Janet is super welcoming and her studio is beautiful such a relaxed environment. I would highly recommend this to anyone. I had zero experience and Janet explained everything very thoroughly and was extremely patient with me. I enjoyed soaking up both her knowledge of her craft and her knowledge of the spinner's mill where the studio is. It was such a nice way to spend the morning and I had the best time. Janet’s art is beautiful and I’m really pleased with the piece she helped me to create. Can’t recommend enough! "

Step in the Picture responded:

"Thank you so much for the really lovely feedback Louise. I am so pleased you enjoyed the workshop. It was such a pleasure to meet you and the piece you created was absolutely beautiful!"

Carrie Myden reviewed: Training course in upcycling with pallets. An introduction to making furniture with pallets for beginners

"My daughter and I did the one day pallet upcycling course with Scott and had a thoroughly amazing time. Scott has a wealth of knowledge and soon had us breaking pallets apart using different techniques. Then using our reclaimed wood we set about de-nailing, measuring, sawing, drilling, screwing and sanding to create a unique item to take away with us. I've never used power tools before and it was such fun and even better it's given me the bug to go and get my own pallets and break out the tools from the garage. Thank you so much Scott and Sue, you have an amazing workshop, a great way of teaching and very tasty cakes."

Black Paw upcycle project responded:

"Thank you, Carrie, for such a lovely review. We are both so glad you enjoyed the course, and now, unfortunately, you are "one of us." you will never again be able to see an abandoned pallet at the side of the road and not think "that would make a lovely bookcase or garden sofa or something else amazing." keep building and have fun Scott"
