"This was my third workshop with Marianne and as always, I had a fantastic time learning new techniques and chatting all things basketry! Marianne is a lovely tutor, calm, patient and knowledgable and so welcoming. The Cowshed workshop too is the perfect venue to do such an activity. I can’t wait to join you again Marianne! "

"Thank you Nige for showing me how to weld for the whole day as part of your welding workshops. I had a brilliant experience and now feel way more confident with tools in general. It's less intimidating when you are working with a pro at your own pace. Thanks for being super supportive and patient with me. The tunes you played took complete pressure away from the day and you've converted me into an ABBA fan. Can't wait to book in another day with you and work on something that I need repairing. Nige is an awesome guy and great trainer with a lot of patience and you can tell he loves what he does by the amount of care and attention he puts in to make your experience great. Plus some of his repairs he was showing me are outstanding. If you struggling with birthday or Christmas present ideas, a welding workshop should be first on your list."

"Recently attended this course and had a brilliant time. Lucy is a great communicator with a perfect balance of warmth, humour and practicality in her teaching. The space is big and light with good facilities. We all learned loads, helped each other out and finished up with a beautiful collection of stools at the end. I would highly recommend this day to anyone who fancies a go at upholstery and has an appreciation for a well-turned, lovingly-pouffed and highly practical giant Smartie on which to rest their tired feet. "

"Fantastic course. Finbarr has an impressive eye for detail and is a patient teacher, as well as good company. There were only four people on the course which meant plenty of 1-1 instruction. The workshop itself is well organised and equipped and in a nice location. I would happily come back and make another piece to accompany the table."
