She was great at sharing her knowlege and guiding us through the course. We met some lovely people on the course and had great fun. The biggest bonus was having a really lovely footstool to take home, I really love my footstool and cannot recommend this course highly enough. Thank you Lucy."

"Two glorious days weaving willow with a very skilled and patient tutor. What's not to like?. Oh and the venue is pretty special too! I arrived early and had a lovely walk around the 40 acre nature reserve, through woodland and meadows listening to the bird song and breeze blowing through the leaves. Thank you Jane for your endless energy teaching and thanks to Tigs too for hosting the course. I hope to return soon."

Gill was really knowledgeable and has given lots of useful information on how I can start creating my own designs. "This is the second course I've done with Jack Raven Bushcraft, the first was flint knapping and primitive glues. Both courses were interesting and fun to learn. The cosy woodland camp with campfire and kettle creates a relaxing and friendly place to learn. The whole net making process was explained well, from choosing the right tools, to creating the net and the common mistakes to avoid. We also had plenty of time to practice (with help if we needed it). I was really pleased with my net and can't wait to experiment further at home. Thanks :) "

"The course was excellent. Vas is a natural teacher, instinctively knowing when to teach, when to guide and when to step back. You finish with a frame that looks professional but it was definitely you that made it. I gained the confidence to attempt this at home. The set-up is also great - well laid out, clean, professional, well-equipped work shop in an old mill. You choose your materials from a selection of natural woods. The atmosphere in the work shop was very convivial. I had a lovely two days!"
