Make 2021 the year you take meaningful steps towards the creative practice of your dreams. Edinburgh-based artist, writer, and creative business mentor Julie Galante will lead you through a series of exercises and discussions that will help you develop some specific, actionable goals that really resonate with you. From there we’ll put together a plan to actually achieve them, including how to get back on track whenever life gets in the way, and how to make plans when the future feels so uncertain.
This workshop is for you whether your creative work is your profession or your passion. We’ll address the challenges we face as independent writers, artists, and makers in the real world — where distractions, obstacles, and motivation-zappers abound — and develop a strategy to move forward with the work that matters to us most.
This two-hour interactive workshop will be delivered via Zoom. Places will be limited to ensure each participant has the opportunity to receive individual feedback and support.
Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 4 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.
