This course is not your normal online learning course. We strive to provide engaging, interactive sessions to inspire you in your teaching and get you thinking about how other people learn. You do not need any previous qualifications to complete this course. This is perfect if you are wanting to deliver craft, art & design workshops and courses. You can complete the course on its own if you are confident in the skills required to teach your chosen discipline. Duration: The equivalent of 5 days including lessons and some time to complete your assignments. Description: This qualification provides an introduction to teaching in the life-long learning sector. It is ideal for those already teaching with no formal qualifications or those looking to enter the post-16 education sector. This qualification is the bench mark qualification when starting to teach in adult education. Covering the principles of inclusive teaching and assessment, this is the ideal first step qualification to enhance your skills or change career. The QNUK Level 3 Award in Education and Training (RQF) is a replacement for the commonly titled qualification “Preparing to teaching in the Lifelong learning sector” or “PTLLS”. Why train with us? Where it all began … I first learnt to crochet as a child and spent hours and hours making, sewing, knitting and learning every new technique possible in art, craft and design. After a degree in Graphics and with 16 years experience teaching Textiles, Graphics, Art & Design and Design & Technology I strongly believe in developing my own practice to be the best tutor I can be.
