Rachael reviewed: Marbling Create at Home Craft Kits with Online Support

"Honestly, not worth the money at all. I’ve had multiple courses from CraftCourses.com that have come with extensive video tutorials. This comes with an A4 leaflet and very poor quality materials that you can buy at a fraction of the price online. So disappointed and I wish I’d have chosen a different course."

Gifted Crafts Company responded:

"I’m so sorry that you are disappointed with the kit. The kit comes with online support which can involve video calls if you would like. Please let me know if I can make some changes for you that would improve your experience of this kit or if you would like to either try a different kit or course or return the kit and have a refund. I will do all I can to help. Kind regards. Rachel"

Andrew Bunch reviewed: Introduction to spooncarving at Hill End

"Carving a wooden spoon starting with axe sounds a pretty terrifying prospect. But David is an excellent teacher to get across both how to keep safe and use an axe to great effect with a sense of precision. Information and instruction is given at the right pace to be absorbed and put into practice. So people with no prior experience can come away from the day with a great sense of achievement with a spoon that they can be proud of. David's wife, Christine, gave help and encouragement throughout the day, making all feel comfortable as new skills were being learnt."

Susan Hill reviewed: Easter Bunny & Snow Hare Needle Felting Kit (inc make-along video)

"Christmas Snow Hare and Wild Rabbit Artisan Needle Felting Kit When I started needle felting (over a year ago now), I found the original rabbit pdf and masterclass an absolutely brilliant start for my first kit as a beginner. It gave me everything I needed. This more recent artisan kit gives you everything you need and more, as well as including the snow hare which is a beautiful make. The contents of the kit are excellent quality and invaluable for beginners and more advanced needle-felters, all arrived as described on the can. The 100% wool eco-felting pad is a high quality item, much better than the sponge I originally started out with. I found the wool, and colour options, perfect for both makes and the needles to be more than adequate for the task in hand. The instruction booklet is a work of art in itself. It is very informative and the step by step instructions are both detailed and clear to follow. Clearly a lot of time and research has been put into making this a high quality kit. I highly recommend this artisan kit both as a beautiful gift and a quality felting treat. Everything you need and more! Thank you Cecily-Kate!"

Art Felt Fibres responded:

"Thank you so much for your generous review Susan! I can certainly confirm that much thought and experience have been packed into this Artisan Bunny Kit - from sourcing the perfect fibres and colours for the make, choosing the hand-turned tool and wool eco pad as well as creating an in-depth 32 page step-by-step instruction manual. I am delighted you have got so much from it. Even though we've never met in person I've been so impressed to see your needle felting journey over this past year via photos you have posted on Facebook! The outfits you gave your first bunnies after following the Art Felt Fibres Master Class tutorial are now on the photo carousel of this listing, as an example of how to let loose with the imagination and have fun with the unique character of each bunny while creating their own unique world! I love those felted carrots - Mr Mcgregor's got his work cut out with those wee bunnies now loose in the world! As a former stage and costume designer I fell in love with the bunnies your made in the photos you sent me after your first make! Very inspiring ... and quite astonishing that you've just taught your first needle felting workshop! Bravo! You are such a great example of how needle felting can sweep us up and become a brilliant way to express our creativity and share this with the world! ... so, like you wrote, this kit is designed to be a treat for any seasoned Needle Felter who is ready to upgrade from a disintegrating foam pad to the long lasting beautiful wool pad as well as revel in a load of quality fibre! With out a doubt it makes a perfect gift for any beginner as the instructions and photos are so clear. I look forward to seeing your Artisan needle felted Snow Hare! I'm sure you'll deck him out in fabulous Christmas threads! May your bunnies go forth and multiply, All the very best and thanks again for your great review!! Cecily Kate @ Art Felt Fibres"

Sue Tay reviewed: Resin Art Mistletoe Kit - the perfect Stocking Filler - Beautiful translucent bunch of mistletoe with shiny berries.(Code 123)

"Arrived promptly, well packaged. Instructions and videos were clear and looked straightforward to do. Only drying time wasn’t explained, but we made all leaf pairs first before assembling. I shared the present with a friend and we had a lovely afternoon pre-Christmas making a smaller bunch each. The kit was enough to make two decent sized bunches. We made a few more pairs of leaves without berries. Did not need thinner. Delighted with the end product."

Inion responded:

"Thank you for your feedback, we are pleased that you enjoyed the mistletoe kit, and that you liked the bunches of mistletoe you made. It is so nice to get such nice comments. Thank you."

Jess & Nick Lobo reviewed: Basket making for beginners using traditional willow basketry techniques

"We had the nicest day, learning to weave baskets with Johnny and his family. The workshop is charmingly rustic and cosy and hot drinks are brought to your workbench whenever required. We were both chuffed to bits with the beautiful baskets we made under Johnny and Becky's informal, yet informative tuition. Delicious lunch was provided, fresh, by a friendly local supplier. All in all a lovely, relaxing day. Highly recommended ❤️"
