Description

Everyone needs mistletoe at Christmas! This everlasting bunch of stained-glass effect mistletoe will look perfect hanging in your hallway to greet your visitors. Part of our Inion Arts Christmas range (Wreaths, Christmas Trees, Mistletoe and Holly) the Mistletoe is one of the easiest kits to start with - and yet the results are stunning. The kit will make 20 sprigs of mistletoe to make one glorious bunch with plenty of resin leftover for other projects. Perfect as a stocking filler or to give as a gift, or just buy to make yourself. Resin dipping is safe, non-toxic, not known to cause allergies and will be washed easily off skin and clothes.

What's included in the price?

Postage and Packing are free. All contents are appropriate to the kit illustrated and will include most if not all of the following: o Resin o Copper Craft Wire and/or Florist’s Binding Wire o Florist’s Tape o Shaper Tools o Floral Foam Mound o Stamens, Beads, Berries, Glue, lights etc as appropriate o E-book card giving details of access to fully illustrated instructions and how-to videos There are no Wire Snippers in this kit. These can be purchased separately.

"Oh gosh, I am addicted absolutely love this bought it for myself although this was the kit for mistletoe I’ve also managed to make a load of Holly leaves and a dragonfly as well as the mistletoe. Still have lots of product left. Have now ordered more resin in different colours and other stuff. I’m intending on having a making party with my best friend for her Birthday and a separate session with my sister-in-law for her birthday... So going to be lots and lots of fun."

"Great fun though some of the mistletoe berries broke off their stems. I loved doing this and may well be hooked! It would be helpful to include info on how to get the colour off one's fingers - I managed to have green fingers (literally!) for our boxing day lunch! Think I need to make the flowers next and progress to the wreath for next year's Christmas! You are based near me - do you plan any face to face workshops?"

" Thank you for taking the time to write a review, and I am glad that you enjoyed the kit. If you go to our website and look at the Instruction Sheets you will see a Guide to using and storing resin dip, which gives all the information re getting it from your fingers. However, it does peel off quite easily when it is dry, rather like nail varnish. We do advise in our kits that you look at these guides. The mistletoe berries need very gentle handling, and the wires have to be carefully twisted apart or the berries do tend to break off. We only found this out ourselves very recently, when one of our customers who has arthritis asked us to separate the berries before we posted them, - so sorry we could not add it in the instructions. The mistletoe berries we had last year were not so "fragile" and could be handled more roughly. Yes we do plan face to face workshops and we advertise them on our website and here on Craft Courses. We did plan to hold some in January but have hesitated because of Covid, but are hopeful for February. Watch this space!"

"Arrived promptly, well packaged. Instructions and videos were clear and looked straightforward to do. Only drying time wasn’t explained, but we made all leaf pairs first before assembling. I shared the present with a friend and we had a lovely afternoon pre-Christmas making a smaller bunch each. The kit was enough to make two decent sized bunches. We made a few more pairs of leaves without berries. Did not need thinner. Delighted with the end product."

"The kit arrived promptly and was well packed. Instructions were excellent and I am very pleased with the finished result. A small amount of thinner would be great in the kit as resin started to thicken despite me closing lid and dipping all the leaves at one sitting. That said, I have made 20 sprigs and I am very happy with them and the great service I have received. Thank you."
