Resin Art Course - Two people at the time maximum Rediscover & reconnect with your creative side. Creative practice can relieve stress, improve resilience and boosts overall wellbeing. I love to share my passion for art and all things handmade. It’s a pleasure to share in the positive effects expressing creativity can have. Join me to learn the basics of working with heat resistant epoxy resin and create your very own Coasters, Tray, Lazy Susan, Cheeseboard, Antipasti board etc. I will show you the techniques to work with this high gloss super medium. You will select your favourite colours from a wonderful selection of mica powders, metallic pigments and glitters. Epoxy resin gives you wonderful creative freedom - colour it, make it sparkle and shimmer, embed things in it, the only limit is your imagination! The epoxy resin used is low odour, non - toxic and does not contain dangerous solvents. It’s easy and fun to use when you know how. You will leave with the knowledge and confidence to create your own work at home or perhaps start your own business. I also have products available for you to purchase on the day so you can get started. Materials are provided so just come along and learn a new fun and exciting art medium. Also you will learn: How to know how much resin to use How to mix the resin correctly How to mix resin colours correctly How to avoid extra bubbles How and with what I paint the edges of my coasters You will learn all this and much more with my tuition.
