Jenny F reviewed: No Rules Patchwork

"Loved this course! The informality of Jayne's approach completely appeals to me - Superb video lessons, really well presented and comprehensible, giving me exactly what I needed to free up the idea of what patchwork could be. Since following the course I have completed a number of small projects. Had the best and most engrossing fun, making all sorts of other discoveries along the way and keeping myself boundlessly happy during lockdown. If you're wondering about doing the course, then go go go! I loved it."

"I had a great day in Lee's print studio. The building itself is nostalgic and is a brilliant venue. Very comfortable communal space, has a relaxed atmosphere and has the perfect ambience for inspiration and creativity. Lee was very friendly as well as hospitable and generous. I enjoyed the print room experience very much. Wonderful to be in an artist's working space and to be able to see the pieces in various stages of completion and be around the beautifully finished prints too. Will definitely be returning to learn more."

Lisa Joyce reviewed: Create your dream business from candle making - One to one session

"6 months ago I embarked on an adventure of a lifetime. I came to see Jane at her studio for 1:1 tuition with a folder full of ideas, and a head full of dreams. Jane was professional, informative and inspiring. I left feeling confident and certain that I was doing the right thing; that the time, the effort and the investment in my candle ideas would prosper one day. I was not disappointed. 6 months later I launched my business and within weeks was being approached by shops and unable to keep up with orders. The dream is now a reality thanks to Jane and her expertise. She provides ongoing support and is always on point with her advice. Do not think twice about enlisting Jane's help, it could make all the difference! ❤ Here's to 2022 ?"

The Candle Coach responded:

"Thank you Lisa, such lovely words and it's amazing to see the business you have built. 2022 is going to be brilliant for you."

Carole Epsom reviewed: Stained Glass Taster Day

"Well, what a fantastic day I had learning how to make a Leaded Glass window. Derek made us all feel very welcome, and provided all the equipment we needed to produce an A4 sized window. We learnt how to draw the design, cut the glass, add the lead strips and put it all together using a soldering iron. I was very impressed how Derek explained everything in a clear way, allowing us do everything for ourselves, helping when we asked or he could see we were struggling. I would recommend anyone to have a go. It was a complicated task made easy by the expert patient and calming tuition, having each stage broken down into simple sections. I now have the skills and confidence to design and make a window at home for an internal door I have. Carole (64yrs old and learning a new skill)"

Derek Hunt Artist responded:

"Thank you Carole, great review and so pleased you enjoyed the course!"

Daphne reviewed: One-To-One 1 Day Bespoke Lampshade Making Tuition Including Business Startup Guide for Crafters

"Thank you Moji for such a wonderful course! I feel i learnt a lot in the space of a day. Your studio is warm and welcoming, everything is extremely well prepared and clearly explained to allow the best use possible of the time we had. I really enjoyed the intensity of the class, we did not stop, we had a goal and we reached it, creating a perfect traditional gathered lampshade. I left with enough understanding and technical information to be able to make the same thing again on my own in the future. it feels like a fantastic achievement! I will definitely come again to improve further and learn new techniques. See you again soon! Daphne x"

"Dear Daphne, Thank you so much for your kind words. I am glad to hear you enjoyed the course. I am looking forward to seeing you again for another course in the New Year. xx"

Lynn Woollard reviewed: Christmas Wreath Making Kit on Eco-friendly Willow Bases

"Jenni was swift to reply from beginning to the end! The course was 2 days away and I couldn't make it to the venue, Jenni pulled out all the stops and got me the kit sent to my home so I could join in the class virtually. The course was fun and rewarding, we all have lovely wreaths on our front doors now and are extremely proud of what we have made! The materials and the variety of them made the wreathes look very professional and individual. Jenni was friendly and very knowledgeable and encouraged us to keep on knowing that the end results would thrill us all. I could not fault her or the class a great teambuilding opportunity. Thanks Jenni!"

Jenni Wren Creative responded:

"Thank you so much Lynn. It was such a pity with all that hard work and preparation that at the last minute you were unable to attend, but thanks to the Royal Mail overnight service, and the benefit of a virtual workshop, we made it happen. For your colleagues, who managed to attend the workshop at your office, it was great fun, and they all relished the 'challenge' and were all so happy with their efforts. We had a few visits from other people in the office and all were equally impressed, Yes, you were right, each one was very individual in their own right and the choice of colours, arranging style and personalities, were very evident in their final pieces. They indicated they would like to do another next year, perhaps a Table Centrepiece or even a Christmas Garland? Hopefully by then, things will be back so some kind of normality and we can meet in person. A very Merry Christmas to you and your family. Jenni"
