"The course gets 5 stars. I enjoyed learning about mixing colours and doing this before starting to paint a picture. Interesting how the type of water colour paint and the paper used can influence what is produced. I learnt the importance of being patient and waiting for the first lot of water and paint to dry , before going onto apply more paint and develop the painting. I particularly liked the exercise in which we practised free style water colour painting. The venue and teacher were lovely."

"Last weekend's 2-day introduction to herbal medicine workshop was very enjoyable. Rowan is very knowledgeable and I liked her informal teaching style. The group was also lovely (there were 6 of us + Rowan). Seeing, identifying, touching and nibbling on quite a range of herbs that are growing in her fabulous garden was a treat. I have more confidence now to use herbs more often in food and also in preparations like balms, tinctures and creams."

"I bought this kit as a gift for a friend. I wanted to buy a kit made in the UK rather than order from somewhere like Amazon or Ali Express, and I'm really glad I did. It is a lovely kit, was well packaged and sent promptly. Great communication from Bev too. My friend who received the kit said the following. Everything you need to get started in gel printing is included in the kit. The easy to follow YouTube videos take you step by step through the process. I was quickly able to make cool leaf prints. I like the fact the included gel block is handmade and includes instructions on how to refresh it if it starts getting worn. This was a fun present to receive. Feels like it could be fun art to do with kids, especially if you can get them to go on a nature walk to collect leaves."
