Pet portrait clay sculpture

Description

This is a fun 3 hour workshop led by ceramic artist Sarah Pink.

You will be guided through all the different techniques required to create your animal sculpture. There is freedom to make (almost) any 4 legged friend of your choice.
Texture can be applied through surface decoration and colour added with slips and underglazes.

Once the sculpture is complete it will be left to dry and then fired in the kiln (twice!) Your sculpture will be ready to collect in approximately 3-4 weeks.

This course is suitable for beginners and upwards (min age 12+)

Cancellation and a full refund can be obtained up to 2 weeks before the course starts. Start dates may be amended on request.

What's included in the price?

All tools and materials will all be provided, along with brews and biscuits!
All safety equipment will be provided and you are advised to wear clothes appropriate for a workshop setting including shoes rather than sandals.
