About the Course
Have you often had a yearning to have a go on a pottery wheel or understand what goes into making an item out of clay? Or perhaps you have been inspired by the Great Pottery Throw Down seen on BBC2? Ponder no longer the solution is right here! The very popular and successful pottery courses are run from a historic & characterful property which also house the artists studio and gallery on Main Street. Four week courses run regularly with morning, afternoon or evening sessions available. Email or phone to discuss options. Perfect for a small group of friends or family wanting to share, or for individuals wanting a social creative play! All ages and abilities are accommodated. Children under 12 years must be accompanied by an adult. Pottery wheels, slab roller and pug mill available in order for you to learn the pottery craft!

What's included in the price?
Tools and aprons are available and it is advised to wear sturdy shoes and bring an extra layer. There will be an extra charge for pieces made which includes the clay, the glaze and the firing cost. For a four week course you can expect this to be aprox £30.
