Monday Creative Upcycling for Christmas:
Times: 6pm – 8pm
Make your own Christmas presents this year in this creative 5 week course in the lead up to winter. Personalise your gifts by decorating upcycled materials and learn different techniques such as stencilling and distressing. Art materials can be provided but feel free to bring your own upcycled materials to be decorated such as mirrors, frames and pots. Transform your tired looking household goods into beautiful works of art.

About the artist:
Creator of the Glasgow Stencil brand, Elisabeth has 25 years of experience of art in practice, teaching and research. Inspired by Mackintosh designs, Elisabeth has exhibited and taught all around Glasgow, in the Lighthouse, House for an Art Lover and for the National Trust for Scotland. Along with upcycling and stencilling, Elisabeth also enjoys decoupage and papier mâché.

Please bring a piece of furniture to upcycle.
Our new Cafe Spoon at the Burgh Halls has opened selling freshly made bakery and sandwiches on site as well as serving teas, coffees and soft drinks. Regular opening hours for Spoon are 8am - 4pm on weekdays and 10am - 2pm at weekends. Extended opening hours are to be confirmed for evening workshops.
