Hosted inside our Training Centre, this course is a great place to start your journey as Woodcarver, or to simply try your hand! Our course instructor Anna will cover the basics of woodcarving and help you on your way with a simple starter project During your course you will learn: •Introduction to tools – straight, gauge, V-parting •How to use safely •Best technique •Explanation and experimentation with various cuts. •Project: Simple square in Limewood/basswood, choose from 3 designs: heart, leaf, mushroom. Made into wall plaque or magnet. Our half-day courses are for up to 5-students and will not run with fewer than 2-students.
