About the Course
Learn to wet felt merino wool into a 3-dimensional bowl-shaped container with embellishments of silk fibres, goat mohair, cotton nepps, linen threads and other surprises!
Please bring a cotton tea towel. All materials will be provided for an additional charge of £5.00, to be paid at the workshop. There will be a choice of one of three colourways. Any embellishments not used in the workshop, along with the 'resist', can be taken away to play with on another day. (Extra colourway packs £3 each)
Fi is a textile/print work artist creating pictures, accessories and more. She makes art to hang and craft to feel. She is active with several art/craft organisations in her area – including Portishead Arts (core member), West Bristol Arts Trail (committee member), North Somerset Arts (member and exhibitor) amongst others. With many years of teaching experience her workshops are informative, fun and inspiring. She currently runs workshops in North Somerset.
