This upholstery class will run on a Monday for 2 consecutive days on a Monday and Tuesday . The course is perfect for anyone wanting to come to get a taste of upholstery and complete a small upholstery project or if you are part way through a larger project and want the 2 days to make good progress. You can book 1 or 2 days. Half Days available for those unable to make a full day. It is suitable for both beginners and experienced upholsterers. Traditional and Modern methods can be used. All tools and equipment are provided. Materials can be purchased at an extra cost. Lee the tutor can provide guidance on what to expect to achieve within the said days you have booked when you send through a picture of your planned project. The venue for the course Norfolk Creative Arts is a lovely restored Victorian school based in Grimston, West Norfolk. It is bright and airy with plenty of parking. ​All workshops are run by Lee Hagon certified in 'Traditional Upholstery and Soft Furnishings' through the AMUSF Places available 8

Qualified though the AMUSF Lee offers leisure courses guiding willing students through processes from stripping the furniture to frame, light restoration rebuliding padding and finally recovering. Lee also offers classes in lampshade making and other soft furnishings.
