Description

Make your own footstool in just one day! You will learn the basics of making your own footstool from scratch, including webbing, cutting and shaping foam, and then rebuild it using modern upholstery techniques. You will also have the option to paint or stain the feet in a colour of your choice. An ideal workshop for beginners or for those wishing to increase their confidence to tackle larger projects. Our workshops are kept to a maximum of 5 so you will have plenty of guidance and one-to-one tuition. Your footstool will be approximately 48cm x 36cm, if you wish to upgrade to a larger one please let us know as additional fees apply. What you need to bring: 1 metre of your chosen material. Fabric does not need to be fire retardant as you will be provided with calico. We do have fabric options available, although these need to be pre-ordered at least 2 weeks prior to the workshop.
