Thank you, Thank you - Sarah you are an amazing teacher!!!
As you know I was a little nervous about taking my chair apart, the transformation is brilliant and so professional. My husband loves it and he’s the only one allowed to sit in it.
This is the second time I’ve booked a course with Sarah and I can’t recommend her classes enough. She explains the processes to suit your learning style. I’ve been on a number of courses, this is the only one where I’m leaving with the confidence to embark on a upholstery project at home. The training room is a great learning space equipped with everything you need.
Sarah provides refreshments throughout the day and a lovely lunch.
If you’re looking to learn upholstery, Sarah’s your girl!!!
I have just completed a 5 day upholstery course with Sarah. I was apprehensive as my skill level was non existent. However Sarah is an excellent teacher and soon builds up your skills and gives you the confidence to work on your chair.
Sarah is great at keeping you fuelled with biscuits, drinks and lunch. Her groups are friendly and small enough to learn and watch others completing many different projects. A great experience - thank you.
It is a pleasure to work alongside and learn from Sarah. She is extremely knowledgable and shares her skills and experiences of upholstery generously. Sarah’s calm and friendly disposition, combined with clear explanations, make her a fantastic teacher.
The, well equipped, workshop is both practical and comfortable - an ideal space for Sarah’s personalised small group tuition.
I initially booked a five week upholstery course intending to develop a new skill however, I enjoyed my time so much that I am now persuing a diploma.
I highly recommend Sarah and her well informed tuition.
I completed the 5 week course with Sarah and enjoyed it so much that I then began the diploma course.
Sarah is extremely knowledgeable and has excellent teaching skills.
Her lunches are lovely!
She really makes you feel at home, and I am thoroughly enjoying learning about the art of upholstery with Sarah.
I can thoroughly recommend her and her courses.
I chose to do a day course with Sarah as she is registered with the AMUSF and having recently completed the AMUSF Diploma myself, I recognised the level of proficiency required by Sarah to be accredited with them.
I went with the specific aim to practice traditional upholstery techniques and found her to be informative, attentive and highly professional.
I enjoyed the experience so much I then booked and completed a traditional lampshade making course with her and would not hesitate in attending another course.
After spending two days with Sarah on her traditional lampshade making course, I was inspired to learn the art of upholstery. I have completed a number of 5 week courses since July 2017. I feel that I am now ready to embark on a career in upholstery. I have loved my time at the farm in Sarah’s training room and her lunches are fabulous. I will be returning to Sarah for further expert tuition as my business progresses. Many thanks as always.
