September 23rd and 24th. A weekend of basket making. Come for half a day, a full day or all weekend and weave from a selection of wooden bases to create some beautiful functional baskets. This form of weaving is sometimes described as painting with yarns. Using a simple frame loom (which you can keep) and colourful yarns, participants will explore both traditional and 3D weaving to produce a sampler of techniques.
