Course Start DatesSaturday 1st February 2020
About the Course
The course takes place on our alpaca farm. The course is suitable for beginners as I will take you through the process. Before the day I will send out designs and colours so I can warp up the looms ready for the day.
The morning will be spent weaving, overlooking the alpaca fields. During lunch there will be an opportunity to meet the alpacas, visit the weaving studio and the mini mill to see where we process our alpaca yarn.
The afternoon is spent completing the scarf and adding those finishing touches to make it your own.
If dates are not suitable please contact us as we are flexible.
If booking with a CraftCourses voucher for part or all of the course fee, please fill in the contact form above. Your voucher code must be provided at the point of booking.
What's included in the price?
All materials are included. Tea and coffee throughout the day. A vegetarian lunch.
Had a great day weaving an alpaca scarf, I would really recommend this workshop. Caroline is super patient and a lovely host. I have never weaved before but proudly went home with a beautiful houndstooth scarf. A lovely lunch is included and refreshments throughout the day. The setting is beautiful and meeting the gorgeous alpacas was a real treat. Thank you Caroline :)
