Every question was answered, no matter how silly, and it felt like nothing was too much trouble. I had so much fun chatting away and laughing while working that the time flew by so I will definitely be booking in for more courses with her. I can't wait to see what my finished pieces turn out like! 100% recommended!"

"I did this course as a complete beginner and it was excellent, I absolutely loved it. Pete is a very knowledgable and friendly guy who pitched the class at a perfect pace, and we had a laugh and a joke along the way. Some of the people on the course had done carving before but equally seemed to enjoy it and got a lot out of it. We all left at the end of the day with a couple of carvings, and I was very pleased with what I’d accomplished, it was much better than what I was expecting to achieve as a beginner. I have to mention the staff at the visitor centre as well, because they were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make you feel welcome. Stanwick lakes seems like a very nice place to visit. I’d highly recommend this course, and can’t think of any part of it that could have been done better."
