I absolutely loved the process, and found it just the right side of challenging. The work we created with Ricky's help was stunning. A bucket list experience, and something I'd love to do again."

"What a fantastic course! It met and outstripped my expectations by far. Jason is a knowledgeable and easy going tutor, who provides 1-2-1 attention. His workspace is very relaxed & inspirational one. I attended the two day weekend course with the bones of an idea buzzing around my head and Jason was more than happy to help me put flesh onto my idea. I now have the confidence to take my idea to the next stage - prototypes. The Diamond Awl is a definite must for anyone wanting to develop their leather skills and learn the craft of leather. Well done Jason!"

Jason is an excellent tutor in giving you personal attention specific to your needs, and great encouragement along the way. His work studio is a fantastic space to feel creative within, helping to make the whole experience very memorable. We've come away with many ideas and can't wait to start putting what we learned into practice. If you're looking for a great kick-start into leathercraft and bag making then we would highly recommend Jason and his courses as the way to go."

"I've just completed Jo's upholstery course and I'm thrilled at what I achieved. I upholstered a bench seat using foam and covered 2 dining chairs. Although I didn't choose to do a traditional seat like the others I still feel I learned what to do by following the other students. The studio is right in the middle of the city, a perfect location to explore after the course, and to enjoy the local cafes at lunchtime. I'd highly recommend this course."

"I loved the classes - teacher Laura was very positive, patient and lighthearted. The venue is nice and bright - well organised and felt homely. I was really pleased with the bag I made and have already used the downloadable instructions to make another one at home! Although you don't need a machine in the classes, I used their ones. I really recommend these classes - excellent school. Looking forward to coming to the making Clothes from Patterns course next!"

"Myself and 4 friends attended a half-day version of the workshop and we all had an absolutely fantastic time! Diane is a brilliant teacher and explained everything very clearly and patiently. We were all proud and quite amazed with what we were able to achieve in just 3 hours, being complete novices. What better way to spend quality time with friends than learning something new together and creating beautiful pieces of jewellery to remember the day by. I think we've all got the bug and will be back again! Thanks Diane for making the workshop so fun and enjoyable!"
