"Sarah was a fab teacher and so welcoming. Very accommodating to a group of 5 friends. She designed a gorgeous pendant for us that was easy to make and so modern. I have worn it every day since. She didn't rush us at all. She and her family were perfect hosts providing refreshments and even a bottle of prosecco and cake as it was a birthday celebration. I would definitely recommend and would like to go again"

Subject matter for painting was varied from still life such as flowers in terracotta pots, village life and quaint buildings, to stunning vistas of sun, sea and mountains. "I joined this workshop in Farnham on Saturday without the slightest clue about how to mount a picture or photograph. By the end of the day I was a 'professional'! Lynne is a superb tutor; she demonstrates and explains very clearly and, with such a small class of just six, is able to constantly give advice and tips as we each created our own 'masterpieces'. I'm so pleased to have learnt this skill and would absolutely recommend this course."

"I am a furniture maker, and wanted to create a mould for a new product. Ed was very open and listened to what I needed to create. A patient, gentle natured person very knowledgable in the mould making world. He also understands the production of the piece afterwards, so takes you through the whole process and creates a mould for your needs. I would highly recommend him for any mould making needs. An incredible view onto the old Spode factory, a perfect setting. I didn't get to eat one, but would recommend trying an oat cake if in Stoke on Trent, Ed knows a good place."

"Not being very creative and having little idea about fused glass, I thoroughly enjoyed this day. Under Siobhan's expert guidance I managed to create a number of pieces without even cutting myself! The day was great fun, lunch brilliant and Siobhan and Dan great hosts. Would totally recommend and would love to repeat."

"Fantastic day!! Dave is excellent at teaching how to carve spoons, the setting was brilliant, such a cosy yurt with log burner set in an orchard setting, I went in the colder months and the stove kept us toasty warm! I was on the day long course with about 4 other people, there was plenty of demonstration time and then lots of 1-2-1 help from Dave as you progressed through the day. There were tea breaks and lunch breaks (take a packed lunch) and we all left with carved spoons that we had created from a log! In my opinion this is one of the best courses for spoon carving and at an incredibly reasonable price!"

Lana is very patient, knowledgeable and really helps you to get the most of the session. I would thoroughly recommend this course to anyone who wants to learn to needle felt."

"A great weekend! The course gave me the opportunity to do something totally different, to be creative and have time out in a lovely setting. Sebastian was always on hand for help and support when needed and he was encouraging and supportive of all our very different project ideas. I was amazed by what I had managed to produce as a complete novice by the end. I'd recommend this to anyone even someone who thinks they would never be able to do it."
